HOUSING DEVELOPMENT – CGIs
Premium quality new build residential development. A really great project to have been involved in. Client provided drawing files, elevations and materials schedule and has given us a lot of freedom to express the vision how we see fit. The deliverables included front & rear elevations, site overview and VR360. Perfect pre build property marketing material.
LONDON – MANSION RESIDENCE
Prestige multi million pound residential redevelopment in the heart of the capital. Client required photomontage of proposal from the front and two axonometric views to demonstrate the sheer scale of this incredible dwelling.
PHOTOMONTAGE – RESIDENTIAL
Loft extension and front elevation renovation photomontage of this bay fronted detached residential property. You can see the life-span of our undertakings, from photo provided by client to first drafts and moving to snagging including colouration individual brick courses. It’s the eye for detail that sets us apart.
TERRACED – CGI
We began with plans & elevations and a Google Streetview screenshot to understand the existing environment. From here we were able to bring to life the proposal and throughout the process of creating the visualisation the client was able to instruct and direct changes as they became apparent and necessary.
LONDON – TERRACED
Super congested visual photomontages always prove tricky. But the point is we can achieve the desired result. Client wanted to show scheme proposal in situ to satisfy concerns of impingement and impact on the existing context. You’ll note the various stages of realism added to the proposal.
