  • Larger sites that require more than 10 CGI views attract bigger discounted price.
  • Prices based on 2-4 bed homes – typical new build property CGIs.
  • Prices are approximate, using our experience of undertaking many new build projects.

How much would it cost for a larger site needing say 17 CGI views?

  • 10x front elevations (£250+vat ea)
  • 1x aerial overview (£250+vat ea)
  • 1x eye level streetview (£250+vat ea)
  • 5x interiors (mix of bedrooms / family room/ kitchen / bathroom)\ (£350+vat ea)
 

Total Price:

  • 17x views in high res 4K jpeg.
  •  Average price £280 per view
  • Total – £4,750+vat

New Build CGI Process

Quote Request

To help get the most accurate price please provide: 

 

  • Number of views required & which angles needed for which rooms.
  • Exteriors – site plans, elevations & property drawings.
  • Material schedule to include for eg brick types & colours / materials etc.
  • Landscaping design.
    Interiors – mood board, furniture layout, images & links of specific items like lights / soft furnishings.
  • Cross sections.
  • Quotes returned same day.
 
If you don’t have everything to hand immediately, we can still help with quotes and provide ball park figures to be confirmed.

Deliverables

Following quote acceptance the following will happen:

 

  • First draft date confirmed & project booked in.
  • Typically 7-10 working days for first drafts.
  • Contact name & company address details taken for invoice to be raised.
  • Delivery of first draft assets – high res 4k jpegs.
  • Client review.
  • 3 rounds of amendments included in the quoted price.
  • Amendments take approx 1-3 days – depending amount of work needed / size of project.
  • Client sign off & invoice payment.
  • Project completed in 7-15 days (size dependant)
