PROCESS
The process of building a traditional CGI Visualisation Render requires us to first build a high detailed 3D Model.
From here we are able to relatively simply create stunning 360 or 180 scenes to truly bring your designs to life.
So to be clear – to commission a Virtual Reality 360 / 180 you will need to have us create a traditional CGI first.
PRICE
We’re confident our pricing is super competitive.
- 360s from £350+vat each
- 180s from £250+vat each
Remember this cost is in addition to your commissioned CGI.
So – Typical cost for a single plot requiring 1x 180 are as follows:
- CGI 2 views (£550+vat)
- 1x 180 VR (£200+vat)
- Total £750+vat
180 OR 360?
For single dwellings such as detached houses or a row of terraced houses then we highly recommend commissioning a 180, typically set from in front of the property in question.
Larger developments such as new build estates of multiple properties etc then we suggest 360s to allow the viewer to truly immerse themselves in the experience and thoroughly understand the concept.
DELIVERABLES
You will receive a 360 panorama. Available for use online, stored & directly used on your computer or on Google VR.
We can create a link to be online ready. For the computer we can compile the file and can be used instantly.
Highly recommended to use programs like GoPro VR player. We’re fans of GoPro most because you can create hi-res screenshots from panorama.
Where you just open program drag 360 panorama into it and is working already.
